Hi, I’m Terry Douglas, IT Professional and all-round good guy.

I have been using computers since 1982 and have been an IT Pro since 1995. I currently live in Basingstoke, UK, and work at FrontRange Solutions. I am an Application Support Analyst for the IT Asset Management (ITAM) Desktop and Server Management (DSM) team, responsible for supporting NetInstall v6.2, OS Deployment, Patch Management, Remote, Portal and soon the new FrontRange DSM7 suite.

Outside of work my IT interests focus around ITIL/ITSM, security, privacy and social media.

My personal interests include snowboarding, travelling and 80′s music. Since having a daughter I am also strangely drawn to Waybuloo.
