		<description>I got the M&amp;S email, and it looks re-markedly similar to the Wallgreens one, making me think that the email was sent by Epsilon and not M&amp;S.

What appalled me  was the fact that it was a totally anonymous note. No Dear customer, no indication who in M&amp;S it is from. No information about what to do next or who to contact if you are concerned.

Me, I&#039;m not fussed. My email is out there in the wild, but I deal with a lot of the &#039;silver surfing&#039; brigade who lose sleep over this sort of thing. They worry about it for days and then send it to me asking what they should do about it.

So I&#039;m really disgusted with Marks and Spencer about this. They should have a better attitude - irrespective of how small the disclosure.</description>
